Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, detailing. Everything your caravan needs under one roof — which in our case happens to be the roof of your caravan, parked wherever it already is.
Every service on this page is bookable directly online. No quote chasing, no email waits — pick what you need, see your price, book your slot.
Full annual service (every 12 months). Bearings, brakes, tyres, hitch, handbrake, leaf springs, jockey wheel, safety chains — every wear and safety item on the running gear, plus photographed report. See the dedicated Annual Service page for the full inclusion list.
90-minute safety and readiness check before a big trip. Tyre pressures, brake function, bearings feel, lights, fluid levels, coupling and safety chains, basic electrical. Photographed tick-list delivered by email.
On-site brake and bearing inspection. We test brake function, feel each bearing, check magnet and shoe wear, and quote any work fixed in writing. Most parts (bearings, magnets, shoes) are stocked on the van — if you approve the quote, we'll do the work the same visit. Major work (full disc conversion, hub replacement) gets booked as a return job with parts ordered in.
On-site repair for jockey wheels, gas struts, locks, awning fabric, and other small mechanical fixes. The $180 callout includes the first 60 minutes of labour. Additional time at $120/hr. Parts at cost — common items in the van, otherwise we quote and order while we're there.
A signature repair. Water-damaged ceiling lining replaced in fire-retardant aluminium composite panel, fitted from inside the van without lifting the roof. See the dedicated page for the full process.
Full inspection and reseal of every roof penetration (vents, aerials, solar mounts, ladder mounts, air-con housing, awning rail). The single most important preventative repair on any van over five years old. Typically 4–6 penetrations on small vans.
Full roof reseal for mid-size vans. Typically 6–9 penetrations and around 4.5–6 hours of work. Vans with 10+ penetrations or extensive sealant degradation may need a custom quote — we'll confirm before your visit.
Full roof reseal for large tandem vans. Typically 8–12 penetrations and 6–8 hours of work. Vans with 10+ penetrations or extensive sealant degradation may need a custom quote — we'll confirm before your visit.
Repair of awning fabric, arms, mechanism, or full awning replacement. Quick fixes covered under the Quick Fix Visit. Major repairs and full replacements quoted on inspection.
Mesh replacement in your existing flyscreen frames. $85 per screen, takes about 20 minutes each. We bring fibreglass mesh in standard charcoal — let us know if your van uses something different.
Fault diagnosis on 12V systems — solar, batteries, lighting, accessory wiring, fuses, charge controllers. The $180 callout includes the first hour. Additional time at $180/hr if needed. Parts at cost. Most simple faults completed within the first hour.
Replacement of failed caravan LED ceiling lights. Labour fixed per light; parts at cost (typical 12V LED $25–$45 each). We bring common units in the van.
Repair of caravan plumbing — taps, pump, hot water unit service, pipe leaks, grey water fixes. The $180 callout includes the first hour. Additional time at $120/hr. Parts at cost. Common items (cartridges, filters, fittings) on the van.
Full fresh water tank flush, sanitisation, fresh water line bleed, carbon filter replacement if fitted.

Every surface: walls, ceiling, floor, all fitted appliances, cupboards, drawers, mattresses, windows, flyscreens. A full reset-to-near-new. Tier by van length.
Deep extraction clean on all fabric seating, bedding bases, and floor carpets. Removes food stains, odour, embedded dust. Especially worth doing after a trip to dusty country or before a sale.
