You need a garden tap with hose connection within about 20m of the van. Off-grid sites are fine but incur a surcharge.
We need to park a standard service van within 30m of the caravan, and access all four sides of the van.

Some bookings (Brakes & Bearings, 12V Diagnostic, Plumbing, Quick Fix, Ceiling Replacement) are an inspection or callout that includes the first hour of work. Additional time and parts are billed transparently on the day at the rates shown on the booking page. If we discover something major that needs ordering or rescheduling, we agree the next step with you on the spot — no surprise invoices.
Services over $500 require a 20% refundable deposit at booking. Deposits refund in full if you cancel more than 48 hours before. Free assessments require no deposit.
Invoice on the day the work is complete, payable by bank transfer or card within 7 days. Cash welcome. GST included on all quoted prices.
Free to cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours out. Within 48 hours, your deposit becomes a rebooking credit valid 90 days.
